SubSafe offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium tiers are billed on a recurring, periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).

• check_circle Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it.
• check_circle Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SubSafe Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
